About Trina


Trina qualified as a physiotherapist from Leicester University in 2018 and has since built a diverse and extensive career within the NHS. Her experience spans various specialties, including intensive care, musculoskeletal, rheumatology, respiratory, and complex rehabilitation.


This broad background equips Trina with a comprehensive understanding of both acute and long-term patient needs.


Committed to continuous professional development, Trina regularly undertakes advanced training courses, including taping techniques, with plans to expand her expertise in acupuncture in the near future. Her dedication ensures that her patients consistently receive expert, up-to-date care.


Trina has a particular passion for supporting endurance athletes, such as runners and triathletes. Having completed an Ironman herself, she possesses in-depth knowledge of training loads, structuring regimens, and managing injury prevention and recovery.


Additionally, Trina is a qualified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She has extensive experience leading both group classes and one-on-one sessions, integrating Pilates techniques to help her patients fully benefit from this approach.
